What Are Healthy Cholesterol Levels?

LDL - Optimal range for LDL is 100 mg/dL. If your count is 130 to 159 mg/dL it is considered borderline high and counts over 160 are putting you at risk.

HDL - HDL Less than 40 mg/dL is low and is also putting you at risk.

Triglycerides - You want your triglycerides to be about 150. This indicates normal or no increased risk.
